Greetings, Dr. Stephie here. Would you like to regain more of your freedom and put your time to the highest use possible? I bet you’re going to answer “yes.” If that’s the case, you’re right in the same boat as me.
I’m pushing myself right now to delegate as much as possible. It’s a bit of a journey.
- First of all, I have to explain what needs to be done so the other person can do it as well, or preferably even better than I would do it.
- There’s another factor. That is to plan ahead! I find if I don’t plan ahead, then I end up having to do it myself. I bet that’s the case for you, too.
I invite you to plan ahead and figure out the answer to the question, “How can I explain what needs to be done to someone else?”
Ideally, you develop a system that you can use over and over again. I recommend that you be a little bit patient with that process because it may not go right exactly the first time. There is a learning curve involved, but it is totally worth it.
What is the price of your freedom and the opportunity you have to put your time to the highest possible use?
P.S.: I appreciate you commenting and sharing this with others. Thank you!
