If you say, “Yes, it’s terrifying me,” then growing and scaling your company is quite challenging.
The challenges don’t end there.

All of that depends on how well you can delegate. Delegating is way trickier than most people think initially. Yet, we know from experience that often, we don’t get the results we want.

Then we say, “To get it done right, I better do it myself!”
The problem is that it is not sustainable.
Also, we don’t have enough capacity to handle the growing business. Hence we either do not grow or grind ourselves into the ground.
Eventually, we reach a plateau.
