Good morning. You’re almost correct if you think I’m recording this in a cave. It’s Sunday early morning, and I’m about to go on a fantastic cruise with dear friends.
In this Treasure Tuesday, I want to talk to you about how you scale a business while having fun and enjoying your life.
Consider this a great litmus test: Can you get away for a week without things collapsing behind you? Or are you facing a mountain of work before and after? You may be getting tons of phone calls and having to work while you are away. Think about that.

This ATM has three buttons.
The First Button is labeled as “Asset”
Is your business an asset? That is not the case as long as crucial things your business needs are only in your head – or even in the heads of key employees. That knowledge has to be systematized and made trainable and immortal.
The Second Button Is “Time”
Time for you to have fun. It is also time for you to think about what’s next. Having some time off is a great way to have your mind think about what could be next.
The Third Button Is “Mission
Want to get your mission done faster and have a wider impact? I bet you do.
