How To Leverage Your Valuable Brilliance With The Brilliance Mining Cohort

How To Leverage Your Valuable Brilliance With The Brilliance Mining Cohort

How can you leverage your valuable brilliance (your experience, expertise, and wisdom) as quickly and inexpensively as possible? For a long time, I have worked with clients only one-on-one. Now there is the Brilliance Mining Cohort. I’ve challenged myself to describe in a short video what this is all about and what you can get out of it.

Please let me know what you think. I made this video for the Brilliance Mining Cohort page of the website and decided to make it into a Brilliance Nugget, too. On a personal note, I’m so proud of what past participants have been able to achieve.

Hi, I’m Dr. Stephie. I’m the founder of The Brilliance Mine. Welcome to this page, which talks about the Brilliance Mining Cohort. This is the most rapid and most affordable way to pull what I call Brilliance out of your brain and put it into something tangible, whether that is:

  • A book
  • A video
  • A checklist
  • A manual
  • A process chart.

By Brilliance, I mean your expertise, your experience, and your wisdom. Things that go so far beyond just textbook knowledge or things that you could look up on the internet.

The question is, how can we leverage the things that are just in our brain? They’re almost trapped there.

  • Yes, we can dish them out every day, but how do we leverage them?
  • How do we get other people to do what we do best?
  • How do we free up time that we are currently spending on doing the things that we already know how to do? How do we gain back this time to think of what is next, how to bring our organizations to the next level, and how to innovate the next round of things. That’s part of why we do this and why this is important.

The other part is that at some point, whatever we have developed, it’s time to pass it onHow can we do that without having to cut off our head and hand it to the person who is going to continue this work? That’s what Brilliance Minding is about.

We’re hosting the Brilliance Mining Cohort in a group of three to eight people. We’ve already done several cohorts with amazing results. There are people who create onboarding systems for clients, onboarding systems for new staff, training systems for existing staff, partners outside of their own company, etc. The list is endless. Some are writing books – the list of amazing things they have produced goes on.

How do we do it?

There are three components to it.

  1. You will get access to an online course called the Brilliance Mining Course
  2. Another little course is called The KISS Business Plan Course. KISS stands for Keep It Smart AND Simple.
  3. Then we also meet a total of nine times for 75 minutes, live over zoom with three to eight participants and with myself.

We discuss not so much the material you’ve already studied in the course, but we talk about how it applies to you in your world and how you can use it to create a tangible output from this three-month program. That’s the amazing thing here because you’re not just learning; you are actually doing, and you get amazing support in the cohort.

Also, you get 30 minutes of one-on-one personal executive coaching with me (per month). So that’s a total of 90 minutes over that program. All of this is offered at a very attractive price because I had to follow my own advice, which is to pull my Brilliance out of my brain and give it to other people. So I’m looking to expand my bandwidth with this offer and make an even bigger impact.

I would like to invite you to take a look at this and then reach out to me and have a 15-minute conversation completely for FREE, no strings attached, and see whether this is right for you.

I look forward to talking with you.

I’m Curious

What do you think of the video and the concept?
